Ingredients for open-faced turkey reuben with sauerkraut
- 1 slice whole grain bread
- 1 Original Babybel cheese, sliced into small pieces
- 2 oz low-sodium turkey breast
- 2 tbsp Sauerkraut
- 1 tsp spicy brown mustard
Directions for open-faced turkey reuben with sauerkraut
- Set a toaster oven or regular oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Place the sliced Babybel cheese, turkey and sauerkraut on bread. Transfer to an oven-safe baking sheet.
- Bake the open-faced sandwich for 3-5 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and turkey is warmed.
- Remove from the oven, and add mustard.
