Open-Face Turkey Lettuce Wraps
With lots of mouths to feed, I always look for healthy and quick lunches to whip up! This has been one of my family's favorite lunches this month. The crisp vegetables are exactly what we crave. Mix up the flavors by adding fresh avocado or cheese!

Ingredients for open-face turkey lettuce wraps
- 4 oz sliced turkey
- ½ large carrot, sliced into sticks
- ¼ large cucumber, sliced
- 3 tsp mustard
- 4 large butter lettuce leaves, washed and dried
Directions for open-face turkey lettuce wraps
- Place lettuce on a large plate.
- Top with turkey, carrots, and cucumber.
- Drizzle with mustard.
- Eat immediately!
