Tuna Salad Rollup
Bored with the same cold lunch options? Tuna salad to the rescue! This is an easy and delicious recipe but can also be changed to incorporate your favorite veggies and flavors. Mustard is a great option when trying to flavor foods without many calories. A little goes a long way and with only about 3 calories per tsp, it’s waistline-friendly too!

Ingredients for tuna salad rollup
- 1 low carb tortilla
- 3 oz tuna, drained
- 2 baby carrots, diced
- ½ cucumber, diced
- 1 tbsp mustard
Directions for tuna salad rollup
- Place tuna, carrots, cucumber, and mustard into a small bowl.
- Mix well.
- Spoon onto the wrap.
- Roll and enjoy immediately.
