Tuna Salad Rollup

Ingredients for tuna salad rollup

  • 1 low carb tortilla
  • 3 oz tuna, drained
  • 2 baby carrots, diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Directions for tuna salad rollup

  1. Place tuna, carrots, cucumber, and mustard into a small bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Spoon onto the wrap.
  4. Roll and enjoy immediately.
