Tofu Bowl
This quick tofu bowl recipe was inspired by taking leftovers from the refrigerator, adding some seasoning, and heating it all up in a frying pan.

Ingredients for tofu bowl
- ½ cup cooked rice stick noodles
- 1 cup firm tofu, chopped
- 1 cup kale
- ¼ cup chopped mushrooms
- ½ tsp ground turmeric
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- ½ tsp ground garlic powder
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Directions for tofu bowl
- Slice tofu and mushrooms on a cutting board.
- In a large frying pan, add kale, tofu and mushrooms in coconut oil.
- Add ground turmeric, ginger and garlic powder.
- Mix together and put on top of warmed rice stick noodles.
