Stay-At-Home Soup

This is a recipe for my semi-homemade squash soup. Peanut butter thickens this soup, making it hearty and rich. Enjoy this soup with a side salad or a cup of fresh berries.

Ingredients for stay-at-home soup

  • 4 cups butternut squash soup
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, crushed
  • 2 tsp coconut flakes, unsweetened

Directions for stay-at-home soup

  1. In a medium-size pot, heat squash soup over medium heat
  2. Stir in peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt
  3. Allow soup to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly
  4. Garnish with crushed peanuts and coconut flakes
  5. Enjoy!
