Stay-At-Home Soup
This is a recipe for my semi-homemade squash soup. Peanut butter thickens this soup, making it hearty and rich. Enjoy this soup with a side salad or a cup of fresh berries.

Ingredients for stay-at-home soup
- 4 cups butternut squash soup
- ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- Pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp peanuts, crushed
- 2 tsp coconut flakes, unsweetened
Directions for stay-at-home soup
- In a medium-size pot, heat squash soup over medium heat
- Stir in peanut butter, cinnamon, and salt
- Allow soup to simmer for 20 minutes, stirring regularly
- Garnish with crushed peanuts and coconut flakes
- Enjoy!
