Ingredients for spicy garlic cucumber salad
- ½ large English cucumber (14”)
- 1 tsp white balsamic
- ¼ cup lime juice
- ½ tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce
Directions for spicy garlic cucumber salad
- In a large bowl combine and mix the white balsamic, lime juice, sesame oil, honey, and chili garlic sauce.
- Cut cumber length-wise, then slice into half circles.
- Pour liquid mixture over the cucumbers and mix.
- Serve as a side dish.
