Spicy Garlic Cucumber Salad

Ingredients for spicy garlic cucumber salad

  • ½ large English cucumber (14”)
  • 1 tsp white balsamic
  • ¼ cup lime juice
  • ½ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp chili garlic sauce

Directions for spicy garlic cucumber salad

  1. In a large bowl combine and mix the white balsamic, lime juice, sesame oil, honey, and chili garlic sauce.
  2. Cut cumber length-wise, then slice into half circles.
  3. Pour liquid mixture over the cucumbers and mix.
  4. Serve as a side dish.
