Soft and Savory Brussels Sprouts

On a whim, I tried brussels sprouts baked in chicken broth and it was so delicious I had to share. Usually, when you cook these miniature cabbage-like vegetables, they are tough and chewy, which can be delicious. But if you are not usually a fan of that texture, this is a great option. Brussels sprouts should be part of every person’s diet as they can kill more human cancer cells than all other crucifer vegetables! Talk about a superfood!
