Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients for shrimp ceviche

  • 1.5 cups cooked baby shrimp
  • 1/3 cup red onion, chopped
  • 1/3 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1.5 tsp chopped cilantro
  • Lime juice from one lime

Directions for shrimp ceviche

  1. On a cutting board, chop red onion, cucumber and cilantro.
  2. Next, squeeze the lime.
  3. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients and thoroughly mix together.
  4. Transfer to a nice dish and serve.
