Scrambled Tofu
This tofu scramble is an alternative to eggs.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp chopped red onion
- A pinch of garlic powder
- A dash of paprika
- 1/4 tomato, diced
- 150g firm tofu, crumbled
- 1 tsp coconut oil
Makes 1
Directions
- Dice onion and tomato on a cutting board.
- In a medium sized pan, fry onion and tomato in coconut oil. Next add garlic and paprika and mix together.
- Once the onion has softened, crumble the tofu and heat for 5-7 min.
- Serve in a bowl or plate for breakfast.
