Saucy Eggs

Makes 2 servings
Servingsize: 2 eggs and approximately 1 cup of sauce
Ingredients for saucy eggs
- 4 eggs
- 1 15 oz can tomato sauce
- ¼ white onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh basil
Directions for saucy eggs
- Sautee onions in a pan until clear
- Add tomato sauce and heat until bubbling slightly
- Crack eggs into four corners of pan
- Cook over medium-low heat until eggs reach desired consistency
- Scoop into bowl with sauce
- Add fresh basil on top
