Salmon Bowl

Switch things up and serve dinner in a bowl which includes salmon, corn and avocados!

Makes 4 servings
Serving size 1/2 salmon filet

Ingredients for salmon bowl

  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, diced
  • 1/4 cup corn
  • 1/2 cup quinoa
  • 2 salmon fillet
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

Directions for salmon bowl

  1. In a frying pan, fry salmon, then using a fork, shred into pieces.
  2. On a cutting board, dice tomatoes and slice avocado.
  3. In each bowl, layer salmon, tomatoes, corn, quinoa and avocado evenly, then serve.
