Salad Dressings
Making your own salad dressing can be a fun way to spruce up an ordinary salad. Most likely you keep many of the ingredients needed in the house anyway! Here are a couple of my favorites to mix up really quickly and serve over greens! If you do not have the types of oil I used, any other oils will work! Olive and avocado oils boast great heart health benefits!
