Rotisserie Chicken Soup

Ingredients for rotisserie chicken soup
- 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, bones and skin removed
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 4 celery stalks, diced
- 4 carrots, diced
Directions for rotisserie chicken soup
- In a large saucepan, heat carrots and celery on medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add broth and chicken.
- Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Serve immediately. Add seasonings as desired.
