Ingredients for rotisserie chicken soup

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken, bones and skin removed
  • 3 cups vegetable broth
  • 4 celery stalks, diced
  • 4 carrots, diced

Directions for rotisserie chicken soup

  1. In a large saucepan, heat carrots and celery on medium heat until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add broth and chicken.
  3. Simmer for 10 to 20 minutes.
  4. Serve immediately. Add seasonings as desired.
