RATE

I created this recipe after spending a weekend in Traverse City, which is considered by some to be the “Cherry Capital of the World.” This recipe can be enjoyed as a small breakfast or help curb a sweet craving.

  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp. baking soda

  2. Grease 9” x 9” baking dish
  3. Combine all ingredients (except cherries) using an electric mixer

  6. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 20 minutes
  7. Cool for 20 minutes
  8. Cut into 9 even bars
