Parmesan Pesto Baked Salmon
This salmon dish has added flavor from the parmesan cheese and pesto.

Ingredients for parmesan pesto baked salmon
- Two 8 oz salmon filets
- 3 tbsp pesto
- 1/2 tbsp bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Directions for parmesan pesto baked salmon
- Preheat oven to 325F.
- Place salmon on tinfoil on a baking sheet.
- Spoon pesto evenly over both fillets, then top with the breadcrumbs.
- Bake the salmon for 15 min, add the cheese then bake for another 5 minutes.
- Once the cheese has melted, take out of the oven and serve.
