Parmesan Pesto Baked Salmon

This salmon dish has added flavor from the parmesan cheese and pesto.

Ingredients for parmesan pesto baked salmon

  • Two 8 oz salmon filets
  • 3 tbsp pesto
  • 1/2 tbsp bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions for parmesan pesto baked salmon

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.
  2. Place salmon on tinfoil on a baking sheet.
  3. Spoon pesto evenly over both fillets, then top with the breadcrumbs.
  4. Bake the salmon for 15 min, add the cheese then bake for another 5 minutes.
  5. Once the cheese has melted, take out of the oven and serve.
