Ingredients for refreshing alcohol-free mojito

  • 8 oz still or sparkling water
  • 8 fresh mint leaves
  • ¼ cup diced watermelon
  • 1 packet of Stevia
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Directions for refreshing alcohol-free mojito

  1. Dice watermelon into ½-inch by 1-inch pieces or desired size.
  2. In a tall glass or beverage shaker, combine sparkling water, mint, watermelon, stevia, and lemon juice.
  3. Shake or stir until fully combined.
  4. Serve over ice and enjoy!
