Keto Pancakes

Pancakes are one of my favorite breakfasts to make. With only 4 ingredients, they can be made any time. Since the batter is on the watery side, I cook them in a small egg pan to keep a round shape, then transferred it to a larger pan to cook the other side.

Serving size: 3 pancakes
Prep time: 5 minutes
Cook time: 15 minutes

Ingredients for keto pancakes

  • 2 oz cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Directions for keto pancakes

  1. Mix together cream cheese, eggs, and cinnamon in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Melt coconut oil in a small pan then add 1/3 of the pancake mix into the pan.
  3. Once the pancake is cooked halfway, flip onto a larger pan and cook the other side.
  4. Repeat two more times to make the three pancakes.
