Jalapeño poppers
These jalapeño poppers have just enough heat to pack a punch without being too overbearing. Since the cream cheese is basic, it also helps decrease the heat of these appetizers.

Ingredients for jalapeño poppers
- 3 jalapeños
- 8 tsp cream cheese
- 3 bacon slices
Directions for jalapeño poppers
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Cut jalapeños in half and remove insides.
- Add 1 tsp of cream cheese to each half. Larger ones may need 2 tbsp cream cheese.
- On a cutting board, cut bacon slice in half, then wrap each filled jalapeño slice with bacon slice.
- Put in oven for 18 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
