Ingredients for herbed garden tomato salad
- 6 fresh medium-size tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced onions
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ⅔ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp parsley
- ½ tsp dried marjoram
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp dried thyme
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
Directions for herbed garden tomato salad
- Clean and chop tomatoes and place in a large bowl.
- In a separate mixing bowl, add onions, garlic, and seasonings along with olive oil and vinegar.
- Pour the mixture over the tomatoes. Top with shredded cheese.
