Ingredients for herbed garden tomato salad

  • 6 fresh medium-size tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced onions
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ⅔ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp parsley
  • ½ tsp dried marjoram
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ¼ tsp dried thyme
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese

Directions for herbed garden tomato salad

  1. Clean and chop tomatoes and place in a large bowl.
  2. In a separate mixing bowl, add onions, garlic, and seasonings along with olive oil and vinegar.
  3. Pour the mixture over the tomatoes. Top with shredded cheese.
