Green Bean Side Dish

Ingredients for green bean side dish

  • 4 cups green beans
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Directions for green bean side dish

  1. Wash green beans, cut off the ends, then cut each one in half.
  2. Heat coconut oil in a large pan and add garlic.
  3. Fry garlic for 5 min. then add green beans. Fry for an additional 15 min on medium to low heat.
  4. Once the green beans are cooked, add in parmesan cheese, stir and serve.
