Greek Salad

This salad is super easy to make and the fresh oregano is the secret ingredient!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cucumbers
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbs feta cheese
  • 1/2 cup kamala olives
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 2tbs. olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp. rice vinegar
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

  1. On a cutting board, slice the cucumbers into thin slices, then into half moon shapes.
  2. Next, cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
  3. Mix together the ingredients then make the dressing.
  4. Pour olive oil, red wine vinegar and oregano onto the salad then toss to mix.
