Garlic Cumin Cauliflower

Cauliflower is so easy to season. I choose garlic and cumin but you can substitute with any of your favorite herbs. This recipe can serve 3 people, with each serving being 1/6 of a cauliflower.
Makes 3 servings
Ingredients for garlic cumin cauliflower
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/8 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1/2 cauliflower
Directions for garlic cumin cauliflower
- On a cutting board, cut cauliflower into florets, then slice each floret into thinner 1/4 inch thickness.
- Mix together seasonings and sprinkle half onto the sliced cauliflower.
- Fry cauliflower in olive oil on a pan for 7-10 minutes, flipping once browned.
- After flipping the cauliflower, add the rest of the seasoning and finish browning the second side of cauliflower.
