Edamame is a fun appetizer to pop onto the table before a meal, or a snack to go.

Ingredients for edamame parmesan clusters

  • 1 cup edamame
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded

Directions for edamame parmesan clusters

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Thaw edamame in water for 5 minutes.
  3. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread edamame onto baking sheet.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder and parmesan cheese onto edamame.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
