Edamame Parmesan Clusters
Edamame is a fun appetizer to pop onto the table before a meal, or a snack to go.

Serving size: 1/2 cup
Prep time: 5 minutes
Bake time: 10 minutes
Ingredients for edamame parmesan clusters
- 1 cup edamame
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, shredded
Directions for edamame parmesan clusters
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Thaw edamame in water for 5 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and spread edamame onto baking sheet.
- Sprinkle garlic powder and parmesan cheese onto edamame.
- Bake for 10 minutes.
