Ingredients for Dijon panko crusted salmon

  • 4 oz salmon filet
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp panko bread crumbs

Directions for Dijon panko crusted salmon

Preheat oven to 425°F.Place salmon on a baking sheet.Spread mustard on salmon, then sprinkle with bread crumbs.Bake for 25-30 minutes or until fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
