Cucumber Salad

3 ingredients...this recipe only needs 3 ingredients! It takes 5 minutes to make and looks lovely with the addition of fresh dill mixed in and sprinkled on top.

Ingredients for cucumber salad

  • 1 English cucumber
  • 7 sprigs dill
  • 4 tbsp plain greek yogurt
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions for cucumber salad

  1. Cut cucumber in half, take a vegetable peeler, and alternate peeling long sections of the skin.
  2. Next, cut the cucumber into ¼ inch slices and put into a bowl.
  3. Add in the yogurt, dill, salt, and pepper and mix together.
  4. Add some dill to the top and serve.
