Cucumber Salad
3 ingredients...this recipe only needs 3 ingredients! It takes 5 minutes to make and looks lovely with the addition of fresh dill mixed in and sprinkled on top.

Ingredients for cucumber salad
- 1 English cucumber
- 7 sprigs dill
- 4 tbsp plain greek yogurt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions for cucumber salad
- Cut cucumber in half, take a vegetable peeler and alternate peeling long sections of the skin.
- Next, cut cucumber into 1/4 inch slices and put into a bowl.
- Add in the yogurt, dill, salt and pepper and mix together.
- Add some dill to top and serve.
