Ingredients for cucumber egg salad
- 1/2 cup cucumber
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 1/2 tsp Trader Joes Green Goddess salad dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions for cucumber egg salad
- On a cutting board, slice cucumber and a hard boiled egg (You can choose to make your own hardboiled eggs or buy them).
- Add cucumber and hard boiled egg to a bowl, top with salad dressing then add salt and pepper.
