Crab Cakes

These crab cakes are simple enough to make and only have 2 grams of carbs!
Makes 3 servings
Ingredients for crab cakes
- 1 lb crab meat
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cub mayo
- 1 tsp old bay seasoning
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp tamari sauce
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 1 tbsp dijon mustard
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
Directions for crab cakes
- In a large bowl, whisk together egg, mayo, lemon juice, parsley, tamari suace and dijon mustard.
- Add crab meat and almond flour to the bowl and gently mix together.
- Cover with cellophane wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Form the mixture into crab cakes and place on a baking sheet.
- Place in an oven that has been preheated to 350F and bake for 30 minutes.
