Coco-Nutty Balls

Serving size: 1 coco-nutty ball

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¼ cup roasted pistachios, crushed
  • 1  1/2 tbsp. roasted almonds, crushed
  • 1 tbsp. vanilla unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredient in a small bowl
  2. Mix together with a fork until all ingredients are well combined
  3. Use a small cookie scoop to portion 5 small balls
  4. Place coco-nutty balls in freezer for 1 to 2 hours
  5. Enjoy!
