Chicken Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients for chicken lettuce wraps
- 1 lb ground chicken
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 head butterhead lettuce leaves (12 leaves)
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
Directions for chicken lettuce wraps
- Brown garlic and peppers in pan for 1-2 minutes. Add ground chicken and cook through.
- Add broccoli, carrots, hoisin and soy sauce. Cook, stirring frequently until vegetables and softened, about 5 minutes.
- Spoon ¼ cup meat mixture into each lettuce leaf and enjoy immediately.
