Chicken, Hummus and Veggie Wrap

The next time you are feeling in a rut, try this super easy and flavorful recipe. You can also vary the vegetables depending on your favorites. Using a low-carbohydrate tortilla makes this a diabetes-friendly recipe.

Ingredients for chicken, hummus, and veggie wrap
- 1 low-carb tortilla (Tumaro's carb wise used in this recipe)
- ½ cup grilled chicken, cubed
- 2 tbsp hummus
- ¼ bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- ½ cucumber, cut into strips
Directions for chicken, hummus, and veggie wrap
- Place tortilla wrap on a plate and spread hummus all over it.
- Add chicken.
- Top with vegetables.
- Roll and eat.
