Blackberry Salad

This is just the right snack for those of you wanting something slightly sweet without the guilt. Blackberries are the main ingredient in the recipe and receive bonus points for being high in fiber!

Ingredients for blackberry salad

  • 1 cup blackberries
  • ½ packet Splenda no calorie sweetener
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts

Directions for blackberry salad

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl
