Marvelous Banana Muffins

Ingredients for banana muffins

  • 2 small very ripe bananas
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup cinnamon applesauce
  • ¼ cup creamy peanut butter
  • ¾ cup whole wheat flour
  • ¼ cup Truvia Baking Blend
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • ¼ tsp salt

Directions for banana muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  3. Stir all ingredients together using a handheld mixer or stand mixer until ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the muffin batter into the lined muffin tin.
  5. Bake muffins for 18 minutes or until golden and baked through.
