Balsamic Pear Salad

This recipe makes a great snack or it can be the perfect addition to your entrée. Pears and balsamic vinegar come together for a touch of sweetness.


  • 1/4 cup pears, diced (brand used for this recipe: Del Monte, no added sugar, diced pears and drained the juice)
  • 1 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
  • ¼ cup carrots, shredded
  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar


  1. Combine all ingredient in a small bowl
  2. Mix together until ingredients are coated in balsamic vinegar
  3. Enjoy!
