Balsamic Pear Salad

This recipe makes a great snack or it can be the perfect addition to your entrée. Pears and balsamic vinegar come together for a touch of sweetness.
- 1/4 cup pears, diced (brand used for this recipe: Del Monte, no added sugar, diced pears and drained the juice)
- 1 tbsp goat cheese, crumbled
- ¼ cup carrots, shredded
- 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
- Combine all ingredient in a small bowl
- Mix together until ingredients are coated in balsamic vinegar
