Baked Zucchini Crisps

Try baking these zucchini crisps instead of chips. So delicious and satisfying!
Ingredients
- 1 medium sized zucchini
- 1 tbs lemon olive oil
- salt to taste
Makes 1 serving
Directions
- Preheat oven to 220F.
- On a cutting board, thinly slice 1 zucchini and put them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Using a brush, brush the sliced zucchini with olive oil then sprinkle with salt.
- Bake zucchini in the oven for 2.5 hours, until they become crispy.
- Once the zucchini have cooked, remove them from parchment paper and serve.
