Ingredients

  • 2 multigrain corn thins
  • 4 peppered salami slices
  • 1/4 avocado sliced

Directions

  1. Lay 2 pieces of peppered salami onto each corn thin.
  2. Add sliced avocado on top, then using a knife mash the avocado slices to make it a spread.

    I use the Mission Carb Balance tortillas for things like this. They’re great. Half of one is 3 grams of carbs, about the most I can deal with sometimes. I’ll try this with salami. Sounds good.
