Avocado Salmon Roll

Sushi can be fun to make but becomes high in carbs when you add rice. These salmon rolls have 3 simple ingredients and contain a total of 7 carbs.

Makes 1 serving

Ingredients for avocado salmon roll

  • 2 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1/8 tsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp cream cheese

Directions for avocado salmon roll

  1. On a cutting board, lay out a piece of smoked salmon and add 1 tsp of cream cheese to the end.
  2. Next, slice avocado into 5 slices.
  3. Add an avocado slice on top of the cream cheese and roll carefully.
  4. Repeat with the second smoked salmon piece.
  5. Top each salmon roll with sesame seeds.
  6. Add the remaining 3 avocado slices in between the salmon roll and serve.
