Avocado Dip
This avocado dip recipe is simple little tangy dip to enjoy with a few veggie sticks or use as a salad dressing. If you don't have a food processor, try using a blender or even mash the ingredients well with a fork. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days.

Ingredients for avocado dip
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Juice from 1 lemon
- ½ tsp cumin
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 1 tsp chopped chives
Directions for avocado dip
- Remove the skin and pip from the avocado.
- Place the avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and cumin in a food processor.
- Blitz until smooth.
- Top with the chives and enjoy!
