Avocado Dip

A simple little tangy dip to enjoy with a few veggie sticks or use it as a salad dressing. If you don’t have a food processor, try it in a blender, or even mash it well with a fork. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days.

Serves 4
Ingredients for avocado dip
- 1 avocado
- 2 tbsp plain yogurt
- Juice from 1 lemon
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chopped chives
Directions for avocado dip
- Remove the skin and pip from the avocado
- Place the avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and cumin in a food processor
- Blitz until smooth
- Top with the chives and enjoy!
