Avocado Dip

A simple little tangy dip to enjoy with a few veggie sticks or use it as a salad dressing. If you don’t have a food processor, try it in a blender, or even mash it well with a fork. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 1-3 days.

Serves 4

Ingredients for avocado dip

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 tbsp plain yogurt
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chopped chives

Directions for avocado dip

  1. Remove the skin and pip from the avocado
  2. Place the avocado, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and cumin in a food processor
  3. Blitz until smooth
  4. Top with the chives and enjoy!
