Ingredients for perfect asparagus

  • ½ pound asparagus
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp pistachios, crushed
  • 3 strips soy bacon, chopped

Directions for perfect asparagus

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Cut ends off of asparagus
  3. In a medium-size bowl coat asparagus with olive oat and balsamic vinegar
  4. Stir in pistachios and soy bacon
  5. Spread asparagus evenly on large baking sheet
  6. Baking asparagus at 375 for 45 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
