Hello, back before I was diabetic I did a lot of weight lifting at the gym. So know as a type 2 looking to see if there is any supplements I can take?
Maybe like a creatine?

Vitamin D3, B complex, C. Milk Thistle, Magnesium.
However it’s not certain if this is causation or correlation although with vitamins I suspect it’s more causation.

Oh for ages, maybe over twenty years. I used to take more but cut out those I felt weren’t working but of course that’s a subjective evaluation on my part.

Thanks for chiming in, ! Those are great supplement choices for anyone with a chronic health condition. Does your doctor monitor your Vitamin D levels to make sure you are not taking too much? Wishing you the best. - Lori (Team Member)

I take 3000 mg daily. I am not out very much because I have other health issues.

Thanks for taking the time to share. How long have you been taking this supplement? Did you check in with your doctor before you started? Just curious as to what they said. All the best to you! -Lauren (team member)
