not really. I just got the diagnosis of pre diabetes a few weeks ago so now I have to watch food labels for carbs.

Forgot to add hypothyroidism also. I just go day by day the best I can. I rely mostly on natural herbs & etc & a few prescriptions.

I also have Chronic Migraine, Ménière’s disease, osteoarthritis, Obesity, hypothyroidism as well as some spinal issues. I was just diagnosed with Heart Failure. I just take it one day at a time!
