Libre Lite Lancet question
I have a Libre Lite lancet (actually on my third one) and I have tried tirelessly to get the needle to come out of the top of the device after you spring load it and press the release button. Does anyone have any ideas what may be causing this. I have had 3 pharmacists look at it and try to get it to work and have had no luck. Advice appreciated.
Apologies for the delayed reply. That sounds super frustrating! Have you found a fix yet? I'd suggest calling the help line for the lancet company (I believe it's Libre Lite is Abbott?) or calling your diabetes educator for trouble shooting tips or for a swap to another device.
