Grocery list

I am looking for a good grocery list to use as a guide for managing T2DM for myself.
Anyone have any advice??

  1. don't bring home anything you are not supposed to eat, less tempting that way.

    1. Broccoli, cauliflower, Brussel sprouts, raw cabbage are all parts of my diet. I use mission brand carb balance tortillas and make wraps instead of bread.

      1. Great suggestions! Thanks for sharing. Best, Kelly, Type2diabetes.com Community Moderator

    2. Thanks for reaching out. Some great suggestions below from our community. In addition to speaking with your doctor and perhaps a Registered Dietitian, this is a great article with some tips for menu planning and shopping: https://type2diabetes.com/nutrition/get-started-meal-planning-6-steps. 1. I buy cucumbers as a major snack - finally something that satisfies y crunchy" craving!
