Zucchini Noodles with Pesto

Cut the carbs and make a simple pasta dish using zucchini.

  • 1 zucchini
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp pesto sauce
  • 1 tbsp parmesan cheese

Makes 2 servings


  1. Slice zucchini into strands using a spiraliser.
  2. In a frying pan, cook zucchini in olive oil for 7-10 min.
  3. Add cheese and parmesan cheese for flavoring.
