Yogurt Overnight Oats

Oatmeal with some added protein is a great way to start your day and to help control blood sugars.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup almond milk

Makes 1 serving

Directions

  1. Add oats, milk and yogurt to a glass jar.
  2. Mix together and keep overnight in the fridge.
