Yogurt Overnight Oats
Oatmeal with some added protein is a great way to start your day and to help control blood sugars.
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup almond milk
Makes 1 serving
Directions
- Add oats, milk and yogurt to a glass jar.
- Mix together and keep overnight in the fridge.
