Wedge Salad

Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceburg lettuce
- 3 tsp ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 avocado, diced
Makes 3 servings
Directions
- On a cutting board with a chefs knife, slice the head of lettuce in half, then into thirds.
- Next, dice the tomatoes and avocado.
- Drizzle ranch dressing on the lettuce wedge, then top with tomatoes and avocado.
