Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head iceburg lettuce
  • 3 tsp ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 avocado, diced

Makes 3 servings

Directions

  1. On a cutting board with a chefs knife, slice the head of lettuce in half, then into thirds.
  2. Next, dice the tomatoes and avocado.
  3. Drizzle ranch dressing on the lettuce wedge, then top with tomatoes and avocado.
