Turkey Meatloaf

This is a crowd-pleaser dinner recipe at my house, and everyone asks for seconds. Ground chicken or turkey provides a leaner, less greasy texture than beef in this meatloaf. The addition of fiber with oats will ensure you feel full after enjoying while balancing blood sugar. Try it for dinner as the weather starts to cool down!
