Turkey and Cauliflower Taco Meat
If taco night is a regular occurrence in your house, here’s a new recipe to try! With lean ground turkey and some added fiber, antioxidants, and crunch from cauliflower, no one will complain. Add some scrumptious spices for flavor and you have a delicious filling for tacos, fajitas, or even to top a salad!

Ingredients for turkey and cauliflower taco meat
- 1 lb ground turkey
- ½ cup chopped cauliflower
- ½ onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp onion powder
Directions for turkey and cauliflower taco meat
- In a large pan, sauté cauliflower, garlic and onion until fragrant, approximately 5 minutes.
- Add ground chicken and cook until no longer pink, approximately 10 minutes.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add spices and mix well over low heat, approximately 2-3 more minutes.
- Serve immediately.
