Tuna Jar Salad

The nature of this recipe being in a jam jar opens up so many possibilities. You can make it the night before to take to work and easily slip it into a purse and not worry about anything spilling out.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Ingredients for tuna jar salad

  • 1/2 avocado
  • 3 oz fresh tuna
  • 1/2 large tomato

Directions for tuna jar salad

  1. Dice tomato and avocado.
  2. Drain tuna and break up into smaller pieces using a fork.
  3. Layer all of the ingredients into the jam jar adding in the avocado first, then tuna and finishing with the tomato.
