Tuna Cucumber Bites

Forget tuna and crackers, cucumbers have more of a crunch!

Ingredients for tuna cucumber bites

  • 3.5 oz canned tuna
  • 1 tbsp chopped onion
  • 1/2 green onion chopped
  • 1/2 tbsp relish
  • 1 tbsp Mrs. Dash
  • 3/4 cucumber

Directions for tuna cucumber bites

  1. On a cutting board, slice cucumber into slices. This should be around 20 slices.
  2. To make the tuna salad, combine tuna, onion, relish, mayo, Mrs. Dash and mix together.
  3. Top each cucumber slice with 1 tsp of the tuna mix.
